A project I chose to do in the course "working as a designer" at Malmö University.
I chose to create a fictional brand for fermented vegetables and fruits.
I chose to create a fictional brand for fermented vegetables and fruits.
The theme for the project would somehow be connected to "home". Home for me is my mother who has a strong interest in cultivation, fermentation and ecology. The name of the fictitious brand became "syrat", which in Swedish is a synonym for "fermented". I chose to work with potato prints to get closer to the feeling of nature and the craftsmanship of working with food that we have close at hand.
